Renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charge happened by mistake, ask within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email us at myhouse9600@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the related license key is deactivated.
