Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of VectorMaker (the "Service"), operated by ctriolab, a sole proprietorship based in the Republic of Korea. Contact: myhouse9600@gmail.com. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

VectorMaker converts raster images (such as PNG and JPG) into vector files (SVG and DXF). Conversion runs locally in your browser. The free tier converts single images up to 2 megapixels. Pro features (batch conversion, DXF export, single-color cut file mode, HD smoothing and inputs up to 16 megapixels) require an active license.

2. Your content and responsibility

You keep all rights to the images you convert and to the output files. We claim no ownership. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to convert, modify, use and sell the images you process, including logos, characters and other copyrighted or trademarked material. Do not use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

3. Copyright complaints

Because images are processed on your device, we do not host user content. If you believe content on our website infringes your rights, email myhouse9600@gmail.com with details and we will respond promptly.

4. Purchases and licenses

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. A lifetime license is a one-time payment that gives Pro access for as long as the Service is offered. Licenses are for one person and must not be shared publicly or resold.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass license checks, resell the Service, or interfere with its operation.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". Automatic tracing is an approximation of the original image and results vary. Always check output files before cutting expensive material. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including wasted materials or machine time.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the Service. Material changes to paid features will not reduce what you already paid for during the current billing period. We may suspend licenses used in violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
